Orientation Steps for New Students:

Completing Admission Procedures

Appointment Scheduling:

Starting from August 24, 2025, a Student Affairs advisor will contact you to schedule your orientation session, which will take place between August 31 and September 11, 2025.

You will also be informed of the documents you need to bring:

  • The Original High School Certificate
  • Equivalency Certificate and Sequence (if needed)
  • The "Hawiyati" application installed and activated on your phone before attending.

During the Orientation Session, you will:

  • Learn about the rules and regulations of AUM and the General Secretariat of Private Universities Council.
  • Receive your login credentials (username and password) for your university email and access to the Moodle platform.
  • Receive your class schedule.
  • Learn the key rules outlined in the Student Handbook.
  • Have your photo taken for the AUM student ID card and receive it on the spot.

Note: Students must attend with their legal guardian.
